Returns & Exchanges
We want every outseam purchase to feel calm, thoughtful, and right for you. If for any reason your item is not quite what you expected, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately, once 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at

the product SKU you wish to return or exchange;

photo or video evidence showing the issue or defect (if applicable).
We will review your request and get back to you with the next steps.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

unused and unworn;
-
unwashed;
-
undamaged;
-
in their original packaging;
-
with all original tags and labels attached.
If these conditions are not met, a refund will not be issued and the customer will be responsible for any related costs.
Returning Your Item
Please return items using a tracked shipping service.
We cannot guarantee the safe receipt of returned items sent without tracking. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Shipping Costs
Incorrect Item or Size
If you ordered the wrong item or size and wish to exchange it, the cost of shipping both ways (to our warehouse and back to you) is the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose a refund instead, we will refund the cost of the item only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unwanted Items
If the item is free from defects and you simply no longer wish to keep it, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange the return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within up to 7 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund, we kindly ask you to:

Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your tracking information shows that your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service directly.

Color Variations
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.
For this reason, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges due to color differences, unless the item is defective.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us and we will gladly review your case.
